Refund & Cancellation Policy

ThePicks offers a monthly subscription service for brands. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds applicable to our subscription plans.
2. Subscription & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis from the date of initial purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- Pricing is as displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to change with prior notice.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
4. Refund Policy
- Before service use: If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not used any subscription features, a full refund will be issued.
- After service use: If you have used subscription features, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the remaining unused days in the billing period.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval.

- 서비스 이용 개시 이후에는 이용 일수를 차감한 금액을 일할 계산하여 환불합니다.
- 환불은 승인일로부터 3영업일 이내에 원결제 수단으로 처리됩니다.
